Group Virtual Meetings will be conducted in a presentation style. Terry and Vicki will outline the plan changes and benefits while allowing time for participants to ask questions. This meeting could replace your personal one-on-one meeting with us but it doesn’t have to. You are still welcome to schedule a time for use to review your medical needs against the plans to determine the correct plan for you. We are encouraging everyone to attend these group meetings to learn about the plans first before the one-on-one meetings so you are aware and can make a more informed decision.
Again, these are group meetings to review this year’s Medicare changes. You only need to enroll and virtually attend one meeting for your particular county (we are offering multiple meeting times and days to accommodate your schedules) or specific plan for Medicare & Medicaid Dual eligible and Supplement (Medigap) Plan.
